Sleeping

I was caught sleeping while im on lunch, it is really really stressing but i still love my job as a call center agent, though sometimes we are being discriminated by foreigners, i dont care, they didn't know that they are being fooled by their own fellow country men.. haha is it just sad that sometimes, they think of us filipinos as morons and stupid but they didn't know that we are the most sophisticated intelligent human raise, because we have all their information online 24/7. They are still lucky, because unfortunately we filipinos are not rubbers and identity stealer.

Callcenter Life

This is my station, without my Amplifier I am nothing. without my Headset, I am nothing. without my Avaya phone I am nothing, Without my Cheat sheet, I am nothing. With out my PC I am nothing, With out my Station, I am nothing. and of course without CHIX, I am nothing. That is the motto of a call center agent, a call center life. A career that is open to all, a laxurious job. A career that will give you big opportunites, a job that has a salary much higher than a bank manager or sometimes much higher than the salaray of the President of our country.
